At Uniform Zella, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we have a straightforward return process designed to make things as easy as possible for you.

                                                                               30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day merchandise exchange for most things. To be eligible for a return:

  • The thing should be unused, unworn, and in its unique condition.
  • The product must include the original packaging and tags.
  • A substantial confirmation of procurement (receipt) is required.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@uniformzella.com. Once we confirm your return, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label. Please note, returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We take great care in ensuring every order is correctly processed. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@uniformzella.com. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it swiftly.

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

The quickest way to get an exchange is to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. This way, we can ensure that you receive your replacement product without delay.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
